Role & responsibilities Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor. Own the entire customer lifecycle post-sale onboarding, training, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Drive product adoption and usage by providing proactive support, education, and training. Understand customer needs and objectives and align them with our solutions.
