Role & responsibilities Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor. Own the entire customer lifecycle post-sale onboarding, training, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Drive product adoption and usage by providing proactive support, education, and training. Understand customer needs and objectives and align them with our solutions. Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer success. Conduct regular business reviews and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement. Track customer health metrics and identify risk indicators to drive retention strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM systems. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in customer success, or related roles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with a customer-first mindset. Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industry preferred (if applicable). Only Male Candidates Preferred.
