Company Name: Alpha Insiight Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Position: HR Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–3 Years Department: Human Resources Alpha Insiight is a SEBI-registered research and advisory organization committed to delivering excellence through teamwork, innovation, and a growth-driven work culture. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end human resource functions. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, probation confirmations, relieving letters, and F&F settlements. Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and employee compliance documentation. Conduct employee induction, orientation sessions, and assist in employee engagement initiatives. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee grievances and support performance management activities. Coordinate with different departments to fulfill manpower requirements effectively. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Assist the management in HR reporting, MIS, and administrative tasks.
