Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and ensuring the organizations human capital serves the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business requisition.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
• Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll data, personal files, etc.).
• Develop compensation and benefits structures that are fair and competitive.
• Promote a healthy workplace culture focused on teamwork, inclusion, and productivity.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have experience in Manufacturing.

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (410 years) in HR roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
• Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional travel depending on organizational needs.
• Role requires confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Working Days:- 6 days a week. Sunday Fixed off
