Job Description

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities across all store locations.
  • Maintain updated employee records including attendance, leaves, contracts, KYC, and transfers between stores.
  • Oversee probation, confirmations, and full & final settlements.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll for multi-store teams, including allowances, deductions, overtime, and reimbursements.
  • Manage PF, ESI, statutory filings, registers, and ensure timely compliance across all outlets.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and statutory contributions.

HR Compliance, Policies & Audit

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, and compliance norms for every outlet.
  • Maintain confidential HR data and support internal/external audits.
  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies such as attendance, conduct, and leave guidelines.

Store Coordination & HR Administration

  • Work closely with store managers for manpower updates, shift schedules, and attendance reconciliation.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and documentation for new staff across all stores.
  • Ensure smooth communication between outlets and HO for HR-related matters.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees across stores regarding salary issues, shift concerns, attendance queries, and workplace problems.
  • Address employee grievances promptly, escalate critical issues, and ensure resolutions are documented.
  • Conduct employee engagement and communication to maintain a positive work culture.

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain HR-MIS: headcount, joiners/exits, attendance, payroll summaries, PF/ESI contributions for all stores.
  • Share monthly MIS reports on manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR operations, payroll & compliance experience — preferably in QSR/Retail/Hospitality with multi-store exposure.
  • Strong understanding of PF, ESI, labour laws, and payroll computation.
  • Proficient in Excel/HRMS with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
