Job Description

Role Overview:

The HR Coordinator will lead and execute all human resource functions for the Mortgage BPO division, including recruitment, onboarding, ensuring all policies & procedures, compliance management, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding activities.

This role ensures alignment with U.S. mortgage industry compliance standards, data protection protocols (ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / SAFE Act, GLBA), and Indian labor regulations while fostering a culture of professionalism, transparency, and employee growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate in HR, or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in similar HR activities (Mortgage/Title BPO experience preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / SAFE ACT / GLBA Compliances framework preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Work Location: InfoCity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India (Delivery Center)

Position Type: Full-Time | Regular | Onsite

Shift Timing: 3pm IST to 12 midnight IST
