Lead high-value vendor negotiations to secure the best commercial and technical terms. Approve final contract templates and clauses in compliance with company policies and business objectives. Finalize vendor contracts ensuring deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and quality standards are clearly defined. KRA 3: Issuance of Work Orders Ensure timely issuance of accurate Work Orders aligned with project requirements and budgets. Approve construction schedules and payment milestones in consultation with site in-charges. Organize and lead kick-off meetings with civil, electrical, and plumbing vendors. Oversee the process for handling variation orders and ensure they are certified by HO QS. KRA 4: Budget and Resource Management Monitor budget allocations and ensure work orders are issued within approved limits. Establish systems for efficient contract documentation, retrieval, and version control. Ensure tracking, renewals, and compliance of all contracts across project lifecycles. KRA 5: Risk Management Identify contractual risks and create mitigation strategies to prevent project disruptions. Conduct regular reviews of contract performance, vendor compliance, and claims management.
