About the company

• Modern Spaaces, a prominent Real Estate Builders & Developers located in Sarjapur, is currently seeking an architect with 5 years of experience, proficient in working within builder environments.

• The Position Architect - The key responsibilities include close collaboration with construction teams, coordination with project consultants, meticulous review of drawings before construction commences, providing technical support to in-house teams, and overseeing in-house architectural scopes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Design and Development- Participation in the planning and design of architectural projects.- Development of detailed drawings, models, and plans using CAD software and 3D modelling tools.- Compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

2. Project Management Ownership- Coordination with project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.- Effective management of project timelines and deliverables.- Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.

3. Professional Development- Staying updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.- Participation in professional development courses, workshops, and seminars.

4. Innovation and Sustainability- Incorporating innovative design solutions and sustainable practices into projects.

Qualification:·

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution·

5 years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firm’s field·

Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements·

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Excel, and Word
