Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-paced advertising agency and production house that works across campaigns, films, digital content, strategies, branding services and brand storytelling. Our team blends creativity with strategy, and we are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can support our growing team, culture, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Understanding of the Industry is a must.
  • Draft job descriptions and post across platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow-ups (write a review & maintain sheets)
  • Manage on-boarding process, offer letters, agreements and joining formalities

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize team-building activities, events, and internal communications
  • Address employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality
  • Foster a creative and inclusive work environment
  • Build a culture & train the employees as needed.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing contracts, NDAs, and HR policy updates
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Build a strong SOP for operations

4. Compliance & Admin

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Support internal audits and HR-related documentation
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams when needed

5. Performance & Feedback

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback
  • Help build frameworks for learning, development, and reviews

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask in a creative, fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of media/advertising industry dynamics is a plus
  • A great command over the language.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a creative/media/production environment)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
