Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management. The role involves daily interaction with employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Maintain and update HRMS records accurately (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, etc.).
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Conduct induction & orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and maintain HR-related reports in Excel.
  • Support employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and MIS.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
  • 1 year of experience as a HR a executive or related roles.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS tools, and databases.
  • Good understanding of grievance handling and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
