Project Manager

As an experienced IT Project Manager at Praathee Technologies, your role will involve leading and delivering cutting-edge web and mobile application projects. You should have 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the IT industry and be available to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Manage end-to-end project execution for web and mobile app development. - Lead Agile teams comprising developers, designers, and QA professionals. - Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. - Maintain detailed project documentation. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC. - Experience in managing software development projects for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory. - Immediate joiner preferred.
