We are currently seeking a versatile Human Resource & Accounts Executive to support both people operations and basic financial management.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource & Accounts Executive will be responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while also supporting day-to-day accounting tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and payroll coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail in both HR and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain petty cash, vouchers, and vendor payment records.
  • Assist with GST filings, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or accounts roles.
  • Familiarity with Excel or accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, basic accounting principles, and payroll processing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
