Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
Oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization effectively.

Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster continuous learning.

Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.

Policy Formulation and Implementation:
Formulate, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure consistent implementation.
Handle employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.

Mediate conflicts and promote a culture of open communication.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers.

Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Human Resource or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
