You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and managing the entire sales process to close deals successfully. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including networking, research, and referrals. Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Understand customer requirement and business goals, then deliver personalized product demos and presentations. Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals. Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms to secure deals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership. Qualifications: 3-10yr+ of experience in SaaS sales or a similar sales role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools. Strong ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven with strong time management skills.
