✨ Role Overview

Product Sales Specialist

NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

Product Sales & Support

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls regarding Divine Hindu products
Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer needs
Explain product benefits, authenticity, and usage
Convert customer queries into successful sales
Maintain CRM entries and follow-ups

NDR & Delivery Coordination

Call customers for
NDR / delivery failures
, confirm addresses, and resolve issues
Reduce RTO by ensuring successful order deliveries
Coordinate with logistics partners for redelivery
Verify COD confirmation calls when required

🎯 Ideal Candidate

0–2 years of sales or customer service experience
Strong Hindi communication; English is a plus
Comfortable with
sales calls + NDR calls
Persuasive, confident, and customer-centric
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Target-driven with a positive attitude
