Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves developing and implementing international sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with prospective clients, building and nurturing international relationships, analyzing market trends, and creating marketing campaigns. The manager will also oversee sales operations, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting ASCO’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing international sales operations
• Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to diverse geographical markets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities
• Strategic thinking, market research, and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with the healthcare, surgical, or hospital equipment industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
