Summary:
IFTAS is seeking a dynamic Product Sales Specialist for IFTAS Cloud offerings. In this role, as a technical and consultative sales leader you will be assigned to Growth & Partnership Vertical and will collaborate with the assigned segment Sales team to engage with customers and partners to articulate value proposition of IFTAS Cloud offerings and play pivotal role in shaping, implementing and executing their Cloud adoption or enhancement journey. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will also be required to act as a vital link between customers / partners and IFTAS Product Engineering team to deliver meaningful solutions to the customers. The ideal candidate should be an expert in cloud technologies and possess consultative sales approach.
Knowledge:
1. Cloud platform proficiency: Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Containers, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Automation, Monitoring and Logging, databases, etc.
This role requires a deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings and extensive understanding of cloud architecture.
2. Understanding of customers’ business drivers, cloud economics (TCO/ROI), and hybrid cloud strategies.
3. Awareness of market landscape and ability to tailor solutions to meet both technical and business objectives.
4. Understanding of Banking Products and services will be preferred.
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
3. Strong analytical skills to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
4. Collaboration: must work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve required success.
5. Adaptability & Continuous Learning.
Experience: 10+ Years of experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Solutions preferably in BFS segment.
Education: Engineering Graduate or Graduate with Computer / IT as Major subject; MBA (IT) preferred
Certification: Expert level Tech Cloud certifications from AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities1. This role requires you to manage strategic sales opportunities in customer accounts and ensure that IFTAS’ technical and business value proposition is well established with key stakeholders in the most compelling manner.
2. Active engagement with sales team to build robust sales pipeline and strategic opportunity planning.
3. Analyse customer eco-system, build account strategies for cross-sell and upsell and respond to market dynamics.
4. Capture compelling reasons for customers / partners to undertake the project by illustrating the business impact of the IFTAS Cloud offerings.
5. Keep abreast of market activity, emerging market trends and evolving technologies in especially in AI and hybrid cloud space within the Banking & Financial services industry.
6. Provide feedback from customers, prospects and partners inputs to the Product Engineering teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
7. Collaborate across marketing and sales operations for campaign creation, partner webinars, and enablement programs.
