Role Description

The Product Sales Specialist is an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. This role involves driving sales efforts for the company’s product line, engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing key accounts. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets. Additionally, the role includes promoting new products and providing consultations to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Familiarity with Sales Operations, including tracking sales metrics and coordinating with various teams for seamless execution.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare, surgical, or medical equipment industry is advantageous.
