Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to drive product adoption, generate revenue, and support overall sales growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
• Provide customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in product sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product details and explain them simply to customers.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to join immediately.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
