Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher) Location: Nungambakkam Department: Human Resources Salary: 10000 per month (after 6 months based on the performance it will be revised) Interested with the budget can apply Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresher Immediate Joiner required Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition . The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps. Assist with onboarding activities including documentation and induction coordination. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking and proactive outreach. Work closely with senior HR team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Support campus hiring drives and walk-in interviews as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and recruitment functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 05/06/2025
