Social Media Marketing Executive

to manage paid ad campaigns and create engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across
all major social media platforms
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create eye-catching posts, reels, and stories.
Ideate and execute
video marketing strategies
including short-form reels and ad creatives.
Write compelling ad copies and post captions that drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor ad spend, audience targeting, and campaign performance using Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard.
Analyze metrics (CTR, engagement, reach, leads) and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Meta or Google Ads is a plus.
Experience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or IT service brands preferred.
