Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to enhance our digital presence and manage all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends. You will be responsible for promoting Wordcraft’s services, increasing engagement, and driving brand growth across UAE and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s branding and target audience.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments promptly, and promote positive engagement.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality visual and written materials.
• Track performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
• Research market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to refine strategies.
• Support additional digital marketing activities such as email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, Google Business Profile updates, and website content coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of UAE market trends and social media behavior (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and deliver consistent, high-quality content.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with insights tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
