Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage office administration, including facilities management, vendor relations, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Qualification
