Job Description

As an HR Executive at HN Safal, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

About the Role

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support in preparing and processing payroll data in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including leave management, attendance tracking, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building sessions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR-related reports (MIS) for management review.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and provide HR support to staff.

About You

  • Minimum Qualification: BBA / MBA in HR, or equivalent specialization in Human Resources.
  • Minimum Experience: 35 years in HR operations (real estate/construction industry experience preferred).
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/Payroll software, and Google Workspace.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Gender Preference: Open to both male and female candidates.
