Job Description

Procurement of materials and services (Flooring, Marbles, Plumbing & Electrical Fittings, Carpentry and Hardware, Lights, Furniture and soft furnishing, Appliances, Transportation services, MEP contracts, Labour contracts, Outsourcing contractors & etc.)
Complete procurement responsibility for assigned projects (MEP, Interior & Others)
Negotiate with vendors to assure best cost, rate finalization & annual rate contract
Developing various cost reduction techniques with vendors and consultants
Vendor management, Development and new vendor sourcing
Forecasting requirements & budgets project wise
PO / WO releasing through excel or software
Reporting and estimate budgeting and utilization summary of sites into master data
Invoice processing and issue invoice resolving
Attending and leading team meetings and brainstorming sessions on issues
