Position Title – Senior Manager – Procurement

Experience – 7-12 yrs

Qualification – Diploma / Degree (Electrical / Mechanical)

Work location – Ahmednagar

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

• Responsible for 'E to E" procurement and planning of material (Plastic, metal, electronics etc) to support the production as per given forecast for the product range of Wiring Devices (WD). Local and Import. Down stream planning as per SE guidelines
• Ensure 100% material availability for smooth production considering forecast variations. Close monitoring of forecast and actual trend and decide procurement strategy.
• Close co-ordination with Strategic sourcing and develop harmonious relations with all suppliers to support regular production and New Development.
• Responsible for daily receipt (OTIF-On Time delivery In Full) of material/subassemblies, dealing with vendors for supply and availability of machine, tools, RM, components etc.
• Strict control on Inventory, Removal of Non-moving inventory, Improve Supplier VQI and SQIP score, 5S and TPM drive
• Close co-ordination with Production Planner to ensure 100% completion of production and maintain OTDS.

Functional Competencies:

Raw Material, Material Management, Standard procurement policies/ procedures, guidelines, SAP MM Module, MS Excel.

Overall manufacturing Processes Knowledge & eagerness to learn new technology
