Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive – Recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles. Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ fit with company culture and job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments and follow up on feedback. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain updated candidate records. Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documents. Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment. Industry knowledge related to Retail/Hospitality. Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR-related training is a plus. Show more Show less
