Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records. Support HR operations like onboarding, documentation, and attendance tracking. Participate in employee engagement activities and team events. Post and manage job listings on various platforms. Assist HR Manager in creating job descriptions and evaluation reports. Help in HR policy implementation and communication. Prepare weekly reports and assist in performance review processes. Skills Required Excellent : Communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Eligibility: Students pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / BA / B.Com / HR specialization. Passion for Human Resources and People Management. Available for at least 2–6 months of internship duration.
