Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and collect student data from various colleges (through internal databases, field activities, or college ambassadors). Build a pipeline of potential leads through online and offline outreach. Appoint and manage Campus Ambassadors in target colleges to generate leads. 2. Telecalling & Student Counseling: Make outbound calls to students, explain Aspire Next's career courses and demo sessions. Clearly communicate course benefits, career outcomes, placement support, and job prospects. Convince students to attend Free Live Demo Sessions. Handle objections, clarify doubts, and build trust with students. 3. Follow-ups & Conversion: Maintain timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but haven't attended demos. Re-engage cold or inactive leads with fresh approaches and motivation. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, demo attendance, and enrollment conversions. 4. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and lead status using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Team for campaign execution. Share feedback on student objections, call insights, and conversion rates.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Telugu & English. Prior experience in training, demos, or webinars (preferred). Confident public speaker who can simplify complex topics. Mandatory weekend availability.
