Human Resource Business Partner

As an HR Coordinator for airport staff, your role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Regional Admin Manager for employee biometric AEP passes, pass renewals, new pass applications, and resolving related issues. It is crucial to collect and maintain all necessary documents for AEP Passes and PCC for airport staff, ensuring timely submission and compliance. Additionally, you will maintain records related to AEP, RLCC, and other airport compliance policies. Your key responsibilities include preparing, controlling, and sharing reports on Aircrew employee performance, dependability, and discipline with the HQ. Handling employee grievances, managing attendance, leaves, and updates for airport employees, while acting as a checkpoint for employee grooming standards are also part of your duties. You will assist Aircrew staff with KEKA regularizations & leave applications, update overtime, and maintain reports on check-in and check-out processes. Moreover, you will work on employee retention strategies, analyze Aircrew staff performance, and prepare training schedules, including induction programs for new joiners. Supporting overall HR objectives of the organization while being stationed at the airport is essential. Reporting to both the Airport Business Head and HQ (Hyderabad) for all HR and operational updates is part of your communication responsibilities.
