Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. As a strategic advisor to department heads and a key bridge between business and HR, the HRBP will work closely with various business units to align people strategy with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers on all people-related matters.
  • Drive and support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning within business units.
  • Manage employee relations cases with fairness and consistency, ensuring alignment with company policy and local laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR Head on strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design.
  • Use HR metrics and data to influence business decisions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with recruitment, L&D, payroll, and admin teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
  • Lead and support employee onboarding, internal transfers, career development, and exit processes for your assigned units.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all HR-related legislation and keep internal policies updated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in an HRBP role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Pay: ₹12,684.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
