Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR

  • HRMIS:

    HRMIS Data Sanity, Employee Information (ESS) updation, Reporting Structure Updation, Manage allocation of Approvers form each BU/Dept/Zone for No Dues Clearance,
  • People Processes:

    Confirmation Process, PIP Process, Tracking and documentation of PIP Process till logical closure, Gather input & approval for Transfer Management process, Contract/Consultant Renewal/Extension Process, Support performance management process.
  • Recruitment

    &

    On

    Boarding

    Process:

    Support 20% to 30% of Recruitment, Understand TA and Onboarding SOP & Process. Oversee Joining Documents Collection & Validation, Engagement from Offer Letter Release to DOJ, BGV Check, Reference Check, Pre-employment Medical Check-up, On boarding, Compliance to Documentation Checklist, Printed & eID Cards (With Admin).
  • Audit:

    Quality & Special Audits (Internal, External)
  • HR

    Analytics:

    Business-HR Consulting & HR Analytics. Data and reports for Adhoc Analytics when required
  • HR Operations for Business Unit:

    Project Allowance, HR Operations / Statutory, 26+ Statutory eRegisters & eForms (Data Preparation), Attendance Management, Online Leave Management & Reconciliation, Minimum Wage Grid updation, Optimization Plan Execution, Case Management for Statutory Compliance, Ticketing Management & Analytics, Digitization & maintenance of all employee files, Exit Retention Interviews/Attrition Analysis, Absconding Cases Governance, Insurance & BGV Queries, 3rd Party Contract Workers Compliance.
  • Employee Experience & Training:

    Support Employee Engagement Events. Org Competency Matrix Updation. Support for Induction, Technical, Functional, SoftSkill, Leadership Training Programs & Communication Enhancement Program (CEP)

Preferred candidate profile

I) RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 8 years experience in holistic human capital management.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ Talent Management & Operation experience.

II) EDUCATION:

  • Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate in Arts & Sciences or Engineering.
  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Male candidates preferred.
