Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs.Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.Experience hiring for regulated industries (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
