Job Summary

The HR Executive – TA & HR Processes will own end‑to‑end hiring plus core HR operations—onboarding, documentation, compliance support, HRMS updates—ensuring timely talent delivery and smooth people‑process execution.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Talent Acquisition

🔎 Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals & agencies
📊 Track applicants in an ATS/recruitment tracker
🤝 Conduct initial screening & coordinate technical rounds

⚙️ HR Processes

📈 Generate monthly MIS reports & basic HR analytics
🚪 Facilitate exit interviews & offboarding clearances

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
🗓️ 2–3 years’ experience in TA & HR ops (manufacturing/garments a plus)
💻 Proficient in MS Office & HRMS platforms
🗣️ Strong communication & stakeholder‑management skills
🚀 Self‑driven, detail‑oriented & able to handle multiple priorities
