We’re looking for a CRM Manager who lives and breathes CRM (HubSpot preferred) and can take our sales, marketing, and customer success metrics to the next level.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM to improve lead → demo → close conversion.
• Build smarter attribution models and reporting for marketing campaigns.
• Automate and streamline sales workflows to shorten cycle times.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure CRM drives performance across the board.
• Track, measure, and improve the exact success metrics you see in our CRM Strategy dashboard (yep, we’ll show you the scorecard).

• Expert in CRM systems (HubSpot mastery is a huge plus).
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates, forecasting, and marketing attribution.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (you love turning data into insights).
