We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist with expertise in HubSpot CRM management. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM management, supporting multiple departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The role involves ensuring optimal CRM operations, data accuracy, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and resolving any inconsistencies. - Data Hygiene: Regularly audit and update the CRM database, manage duplicate records, and ensure all essential fields are correctly filled. - SOP Compliance: Enforce CRM standards, maintain proper naming conventions, and ensure adherence to established SOPs. - SOP Creation: Understand company requirements, create, test, and execute new SOPs, workflows, and automations as needed. - Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for different teams, including leadership. - Workflow and Automation: Build and maintain workflows to streamline processes within HubSpot. - Data Import and Management: Clean and import offline data, ensuring accuracy and proper data associations. - Monitoring & Best Practices: Track outbound calls, ensure SOP compliance, and identify best practices. Departmental Support: - Sales: Customize lead journeys, track communication logs, and manage analytics dashboards. - Marketing: Implement complex workflows, integrate forms, and analyze marketing activity leads. - Finance: Handle CRM-related finance activities, including invoice and contract management. Desired Qualifications: - Experience: 3 to 5 years of HubSpot CRM experience. - HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise and Sales Hub Professional. - Certifications: Active certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot Sales Software are mandatory. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities for managing CRM objects, sequences, snippets, and access controls. - Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on data accuracy and strict adherence to SOPs.,
