Job Description As a member of INSIDEA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional digital marketing and HubSpot solutions to clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring seamless HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients. - Streamlining sales and marketing workflows through the effective use of HubSpot's CRM and automation tools for marketing automation. - Creating and managing various elements such as landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action to enhance content management. - Analyzing and segmenting data lists based on email engagement and website interactions to facilitate targeted lead nurturing. - Configuring deal stages, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring efficient client relations in collaboration with Customer Success Managers. - Conducting optimization tests to improve processes and conversion rates continually. - Importing data into HubSpot CRM, completing data mapping, and implementing behavioral segmentation strategies. - Analyzing performance results to optimize lead nurturing workflows and enhance conversion rates further. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs. - A strong grasp of CRM and marketing automation best practices. - Experience in data migration, mapping, and list segmentation. - Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user, with certifications being preferred. - Outstanding organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns.
