As a HubSpot Specialist at ContentNinja, you will play a crucial role in leading all HubSpot initiatives and maintaining our status as a top HubSpot agency in the country, holding the prestigious Diamond tier, ranked among the top 10. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with HubSpot's Sales team to sell HubSpot and onboard prospects by understanding client requirements, mapping them onto HubSpot, and showcasing demos tailored to client use cases. - Leading HubSpot onboardings for clients, initially in a supporting capacity and eventually as the primary point of contact. - Assisting Account Managers and clients in resolving day-to-day challenges on HubSpot accounts, ranging from troubleshooting minor issues to implementing improved workflows and executing HubSpot CRM implementations. - Working closely with the HubSpot CMS development team to effectively position and implement HubSpot CMS and other Hubs as necessary. - Continuous upskilling on HubSpot and various MarTech tools such as MailChimp, Buffer, and HootSuite to become a MarTech specialist. - Conducting internal HubSpot bootcamps to train other team members on utilizing HubSpot for clients effectively. Qualifications and Skills: - 1-2+ years of experience working on HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms. - Proficiency in publishing content on CMS platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, or similar. - Ability to approach client challenges in a consultative and strategic manner. - Familiarity with implementing apps and assets from the HubSpot marketplace. - General understanding of APIs, integrations, and their business applications. - Comfort with evolving technology and strong attention to detail. - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills. To stand out in this role, you can showcase: - Strong logic skills and comprehension of process/revenue operations within companies, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service. - Experience collaborating with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules. - Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, and web development technologies, particularly HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
