Encourage employees to strive for their full potential by asking "What's Next " Key Responsibilities: - Lead Management: Handle inbound leads efficiently, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies from sources like forms, chats, emails, and ads. - Data Hygiene: Conduct regular audits of the CRM database, manage duplicate records, and ensure all essential fields are correctly filled. - SOP Compliance: Uphold CRM standards by enforcing proper naming conventions and adherence to established SOPs. - SOP Creation: Understand company requirements and processes to develop, test, and implement new SOPs, workflows, or automations as needed. - Reporting: Generate and maintain dashboards and reports for different teams, including leadership. - Workflow and Automation: Establish and manage workflows to improve operational efficiency within HubSpot. - Data Import and Management: Clean and import offline data accurately, ensuring proper data associations. - Monitoring & Best Practices: Monitor outbound calls, ensure SOP compliance, and identify best practices for improvement. Departmental Support: - Sales: Customize lead journeys, track communication logs, and maintain analytics dashboards. - Marketing: Implement complex workflows, integrate forms, and analyze marketing activity leads. - Finance: Oversee CRM-related finance tasks, such as invoice and contract management. Qualification Required: - Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in using HubSpot CRM. - HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise and Sales Hub Professional. - Certifications: Active certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot Sales Software are mandatory. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage CRM objects, sequences, snippets, and access controls. - Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on data accuracy and strict adherence to SOPs.,
