About the Role

If you love automating workflows, optimizing CRM data, and enabling sales and marketing teams to operate seamlessly — this is your role.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize Supy’s
HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub
setup.
Build, automate, and maintain
workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes
.
Ensure
data hygiene, structure, and consistency
across the entire HubSpot environment.
Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports
that power revenue and marketing insights.
Oversee
HubSpot integrations
with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive
CRM alignment and automation
.
Identify system gaps and recommend
process improvements
to boost team efficiency.
Stay up to date on
HubSpot updates, tools, and best practices
— training teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience

data structures, workflows, and integrations

automation, data analysis, and CRM optimization

✅ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

✅ HubSpot Certifications (Operations Hub, CRM Implementation, etc.) are a plus

SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven environments
