Job Description

As a Hub Marketing and Sales Manager, South Asia at PGHV, your role is crucial in developing and implementing the hub marketing and sales strategy aligned with global objectives. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting thorough market analysis to gather intelligence on demand and supply at the hub level. - Identifying and assessing new business opportunities within the hub to support growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create strategic market penetration plans. - Leading all customer opportunities within the hub and serving as the primary liaison between WCFE/factories and customers. - Defining pricing strategy for the opportunities with consistent data and considering company targets. - Monitoring progress toward marketing and sales targets consistently. - Establishing marketing and sales targets to drive performance and profitability. - Managing the marketing and sales budget effectively to maximize ROI. - Analysing sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - Engaging with customers through effective communication strategies to ensure their needs are met. - Working closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives. - Executing marketing campaigns and customer events in conjunction with product managers to enhance visibility. - Leading negotiations with customers to secure favourable contract terms and conditions. - Coordinating with market managers to prepare and achieve top-line annual budgets for the hub. - Monitoring profitable growth of the product portfolio in collaboration with product marketing. - Supporting the implementation of product marketing strategies in the factories to achieve targets. - Overseeing operational sales activities, including tender coordination, pricing setting, and order handling. - Implementing and maintaining data quality in sales tools for accurate reporting and analysis. - Driving the local adoption of best practices and marketing & sales tools within the hub factories. - Deploying the global product strategy in the hub, collecting feedback for technology roadmaps. - Tracking hub market and technical trends, as well as competitor movements, to inform strategy. - Facilitating effective communication between demand and supply to ensure alignment. - Collaborating with teams to cultivate demand creation and drive orders while controlling operational needs. - Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration within the sales and marketing team to drive performance. Your qualifications include: - Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales management within the power T&D industry. Prior experience of handling key customers in the hub will be an added advantage. - Demonstrated expertise in executing impactful marketing and sales strategies. - Strong proficiency in conducting market research and analysis. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving targets. - Willingness to travel up to 40% to engage with stakeholders, attend industry events, and support business initiatives across the hub.,
