Hub Manager

Team Management: Hiring, training, and supervising hub staff, including delivery executives, loaders, and other personnel.  Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels, including inward, outward, and cross-docking processes.  Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the dispatch and delivery of shipments, coordinating with transportation teams, and optimizing routes for timely delivery.  Operational Efficiency: Monitoring and improving the efficiency of hub operations, including sorting, packaging, and dispatching processes.  Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and operational costs, and implementing strategies for improvement.  Cost Management: Identifying and implementing plans to minimize manufacturing and operational costs, including managing expenses and optimizing resource utilization.  Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and managing environmental compliance.  Reporting: Generating reports on hub performance, inventory levels, and operational costs, and communicating relevant information to stakeholders.  Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, resolving customer issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.  Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.  Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions, to ensure smooth hub operations.  Cash Handling: Managing cash transactions, reconciliation, and ensuring proper documentation for financial transactions.  Recovery Process: Overseeing the recovery process for lost or damaged shipments.  Training and Development: Ensuring employees are adequately trained and developed to perform their roles effectively, and implementing succession plans for key roles.
