Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll influence culture, drive transformation, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

People Engagement & Culture

• Monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure high engagement.
• Conduct 1:1 employee connects to gather insights on needs, wants, and happiness levels.
• Lead engagement initiatives and introduce new programs for better connect.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Partner with leaders to implement the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Conduct HR audits across satellite offices/hubs.
• Handle internal investigations, maintain a healthy work culture, and take constructive actions.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data hygiene.
• Support payroll processes.

Events & Initiatives

• Organize and host regional-level events ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
