Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be managing complete employee life cycle from recruitment tillexit which will encompass hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling,attendance and payroll, compliances (documentation), etc· Collaborate with senior (Regional) leadership to align HR strategies with overall businessobjectives and contribute to the organization’s success.
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure theorganization has the right talent in the right roles.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to newprocesses and technologies.
Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations forimproving HR strategies and processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigatingHR-related risks.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and alignedwith the organization’s objectives.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
