Job Description

Role Overview

This role manages end-to-end people operations for

health coaches, fitness coaches, and sales teams

, ensuring high performance and a strong culture across a largely remote workforce. The HRBP must be extremely hands-on with

remote workforce management

, daily metrics, 1:1s, performance monitoring, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Daily Operations (20%)
  • Manage daily staffing, roster planning and shift adherence for remote teams.
  • Attendance leave tracking for a 90% WFH setup.
  • Resolve login, access, and system readiness issues for remote employees.
  • Regular sync with managers to plan workload for distributed teams
  • Manage the Employee queries, comp off, payroll queries and others.
  • Performance Productivity Management (25%)
  • Track weekly performance dashboards across all remote functions
  • Drive 1:1s with the employees
  • Conduct performance review cycles, KPI tracking, and PIP management
  • Identify low performers early and coordinate corrective actions
  • Review user complaints/escalations related to performance
  • Employee Relations Engagement (20%)
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and behavioral cases
  • Conduct monthly virtual employee engagement for remote teams
  • Run stay / exit interviews and track reasons for attrition
  • Ensure adherence to the code of conduct across remote setups
  • Maintain high morale and communication for WFH teams
  • Onboarding Training Coordination (10%)
  • Remote-first onboarding processes, documentation, and induction planning
  • Coordinate with trainers for SOP/product/coaching training
  • Track new joiner performance and pulse check during the first 7/15/ 30 days
  • Ensure readiness: systems, IDs, access, orientation
  • Share the Reports with AM - HR
  • Compliance SOP Governance (10%)
  • Ensure WFH SOPs, documentation, and behavioural guidelines
  • Manage warnings, PIP documentation, and disciplinary actions
  • Audit compliance for attendance and policy adherence
  • Managing adherence for Employee Handbook
  • Recruitment – 10%
  • Sourcing Screening for coaches and sales profiles.
  • Building a Network in the healthtech industry
  • Scheduling interviews taking HR rounds
  • Managing hiring dashboards and reference checks
  • Get the requirements from the TL / Dept Heads
  • Offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years as HRBP in high-volume, customer-facing teams
  • Experience managing remote/WFH teams strongly preferred
  • Strong performance management, employee relations and analytics skills
  • Comfortable with a 6-day, high-velocity health-tech environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership.
  • Must have a Laptop and Wifi.

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR.Additional Information
