We aim to provide over 340 million Indians with a seamless and effective weight loss journey. Our subscription-based program is led by doctors and integrates FDA-approved medicines, personalized habit coaching, state-of-the-art wearables, and personalized nutritional guidance. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business/Data Analyst, located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Analyst will be responsible for data collection, data analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data reports. Additionally, the role includes communicating insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making processes and developing data models to support business strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics Knowledge of Statistics and experience with Data Modeling Excellent Communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Show more Show less
