Role Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles.

• Collaborate with team leads to understand requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and career platforms.

• HR Operations

• Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee data.

• Employee Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

• Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum

  1 year of HR experience

  (recruitment + generalist functions).
• Good understanding of HR operations and basic labor law compliance.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional HR certifications (Talent Management, HR Operations) will be an added advantage.
