HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Sourcing:Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Job Posting and Advertising:Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and company websites Create and manage job advertisements on social media platforms and other online channels Candidate Screening:Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria Interviewing and Assessment:Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Use various assessment methods, such as technical tests or behavioral interviews, as needed Candidate Experience:Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide feedback when necessary Reference Checks:Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history and qualifications Offer Negotiation:Manage the job offer process, including presenting offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and facilitating the acceptance process
