Role Overview We are hiring an HR Manager who can handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities . Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Collaborate with team leads to understand requirements and source suitable candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and career platforms. HR Operations Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, and exits. Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and compliance. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee data. Employee Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and engagement activities. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Skills & Competencies Minimum 1 year of HR experience (recruitment + generalist functions). Good understanding of HR operations and basic labor law compliance. Strong sourcing and screening skills across recruitment platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications (Talent Management, HR Operations) will be an added advantage.
