Your Mission:

Senior HR Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Ensure

  full compliance with NMC/MCI rules and regulations

  for UG & PG faculty and Senior Residents.
• Maintain and audit all documentation: joining letters, qualifications, experience certificates, teaching schedules, and appraisal files.
• Prepare for and manage

  NMC inspections, audits, and accreditations

  .
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes in HR processes immediately.
• Coordinate

  faculty and resident recruitment, onboarding, credential verification

  , and inductions.
• Act as a

  proactive liaison

  between HR, department heads, and faculty for timely submission and verification of compliance records.
• Conduct

  internal audits

  to ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Provide management with

  detailed reports, insights, and recommendations

  on compliance and HR documentation.
  

What We're Looking For

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years HR experience

  in a medical college, handling faculty and resident documentation.

• Regulatory Expertise:

  Deep knowledge of

  NMC/MCI rules, teaching regulations, faculty workload norms, and Senior Resident requirements

  (both current and legacy).
  

• Skills:

• Exceptional

  organizational, auditing, and documentation skills

  communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

• High

  attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

• Proficiency in

  MS Office and HR systems
