Roles & Responsibilities

HR Recruitment

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic HR screening and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Handle offer letters, salary negotiation support, and post-offer follow-ups.

HR Operations

Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, ID creation, and employee induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
Support in preparing HR policies, employee communication, and HR reports.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal events.

General

Respond to emails, calls, and support internal teams as required.
Ensure smooth communication within departments.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
